Our vision is to create a community where children in institutions have the necessary resources to achieve academic excellence.
Our mission is to build upon the classroom education provided to our students with a focus on subject areas that are considered critical.
To be accountable for results – Emerge will constantly monitor and evaluate its impact. Accountability also refers to accountability in all activities carried out in the name of the organisation.
To select a diverse group of volunteers and build the strongest Team which will in-turn create the best possible create the best possible experience for learners.
To offer support and encouragement to students at all times.
To be aware of and responsive to our operating environment.
To possess a spirit of togetherness in carrying out our activities.
To foster an environment that allows each student to achieve the best results that he/she can achieve.
Emerge is an academic development trust founded in 2016 with the intention of providing free tutoring services to Children’s Homes across Zimbabwe.
